When assigning a new statements template to a Compensation or Variable Pay template it is possible to assign employees to this statement template based on different categories: country, department, location, Job Code,… In some cases the categories displayed in the drop down menu do not match the customer’s requirements and this screen can be customized to include a wider list of categories.

Reproducing the Issue
In Admin Tools > Compensation Home > Selecting our Template > Complete Compensation Cycle > Rewards Statements > Manage Statement Templates > Actions > Assign Employees we can see a Group definition screen where we can select the categories to create our groups. It can be possible that the system is not configured to show all categories available or just some of them.
If you would like to see more categories so you can launch statements for more detailed groups, please open an incident with Customer Support defining what categories you would be interested in being displayed. Support will add these categories in your Data Model.
Note: Only standard elements in the system can be used as categories. Employee Central fields are not mantained.
