Any user is unable to find any dataset/table under ‘Live data’ in ORD. This is either in the "Detailed Reporting" tool inside of the Online Report Designer or when editing the data source for a report component in the Report Desiger in ORD.
Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Analytics > Detailed Reporting. Expand 'Live Data'
No dataset/table appears to be able to report on.
The cause of the issue could be due to 'English US' language not being enabled for the BizX instance. This issue is certain for instances which do not have 'English US' enabled in BizX.
- Enable 'English US' language in BizX instance
- Ensure that the ‘English US’ language option appears in the BizX language Options in instance for the logged in user.
Now, try accessing the 'Live Data' in ORD. The tables/domains for which the user has permission to in ‘Adhoc Reports’ starts appearing.
If you are still having issues, please open an incident with Customer Support to check the language packs installed in the Analytics backend.
