2155317 - Dashboard 2.0 Tab not showing

Dashboard 2.0 tab does not show up in Analytics/Reports.

1. Log into an instance where Dashboard 2.0 was enabled (This module is enabled by default for all customers).  Please be aware that the feature to Upgrade Dashboard 2.0 in Upgrade Center is no longer necessary and Engineering have been informed to remove this.
2. Go to analytics/reporting on the home drop down menu (This only applies if you are not using the Report Center) .
3. Dashboard 2.0 Tab does not appear. 

The missing Dashboard 2.0 tab this is usually caused as there is no active Dashboard in the system which is shared with the user.

The shared dashboard can either be a custom tile based dashboard or one of the standard dashboards which can be found in the SuccessStore.

Please be aware that Tiles do not trigger the Dashboard 2.0 tab to appear. Only Dashboards will trigger this.

Dashboards in the store are called "... Dashboard"

There are two different ways to resolve this issue:

• Add a Dashboard from the SuccessStore

1. Admin Center
2. Reporting & Analytics
3. Manage Dashboards
4. Manage YouCalc Files
5. Click the button "Add from SuccessStore"
6. Select a Dashboard (not a Tile) from the list and click "Add to instance"
   (You need to ensure the Dashboard is permitted in the role as well)

• Share a custom tile based dashboard with the user in question

1. Admin Center
2. Reporting & Analytics
3. Manage Dashboards
4. Manage Tile-Based Dashboards
5. Create a custom tile based dashboard
6. Go back to Manage Tile-Based Dashboards
7. Click the share button on the right side of the screen
8. Share the Tile-Based Dashboard with the respective user or group
