2155156 - How to propagate Employee Class field's value from Position to Job Information?

The Employee Class field’s value from position do not propagate to the Employee Class field in job Information portlet, even though the Position to JobInfo Synchronization rule in the Rules Engine is correctly configured and all other fields propagate as expected.

The externalCodes of the Picklist values attached to Position field Employee Class do not match with the externalCodes of the Picklist values associated with Job Information field Employee Class.

Verify and make sure that either:

• The Picklist values attached to Position field Employee Class match with the externalCodes of the Picklist values associated with Job Information field Employee Class.
  Amend whichever picklist is out of sync to ensure both the amount of values and their external codes are identical. Or,
• Both the fields position's Employee Class and Job information's Employee Class field are associated with same picklist ID.
