How to change the category of an applicant status?

Changing the Category of the status is possible through Provisioning > Manage Recruiting > Applicant Status Configuration

1. Click on “Edit Base”
   
   
   
   
   
2. Take action > Edit:
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Change the Category and save changes:
   
   

Note: Status categories are standard. There is no option to add a new one or remove a status category.

Note: This change must be performed by an implementation partner and cannot be performed by support. Support are only allowed to add new statuses to the base as per KBA 2258199 - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting - Provisioning Configuration Changes
