You create a Task inside a ticket that has attachments. As a result, the Task is created with the attachment inside.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Tickets Work center;
- Click on Tickets;
- Click on New;
- Fill the necessary information;
- Save and Open;
- Go to Attachments tab;
- Attach any document in the Ticket;
- Create a task inside the Ticket;
The attachment from the Ticket is automatically replicated into the newly created Task.
This is a system behavior. If you create a Task inside a Ticket that has an attachment, it will replicate automatically to the newly created Task.
