Why Do We Receive An Error When Trying To Change A Users Status To Support Administrator?

In order to update a users' status to Admin in SAP Jam, the user needs to successfully login to BizX and navigate to SAP Jam.
Once they have successfully logged into SAP Jam, the Administrator can change the users status to Support Administrator and will no longer receive an error.
