My company has an Integrated Jam Instance with SuccessFactors. Why is an email address not being imported correctly from SuccessFactors to Jam?

Most likely your SuccessFactors Employee Data file contains users who have been assigned the same email address. Jam will assign a bogus email address to one or more of the users with a duplicate email address. The email address you’ll see in Jam will be displayed the following format: UserID@CompanyID.cubetree.biz
Once you update the SuccessFactors Employee Data file and remove the duplicate email address, Jam should reflect the change the following day.
Duplicate email addresses will also prevent users from receiving email notifications from Jam.
