The Top Jobs Page is a standard part of the Jobs2Web footer implemented on each client’s public site. The page displays a list of auto-generated pages created based on searches that successfully lead to the Jobs2Web platform. For example, if a user searches “Minneapolis IT Jobs” and ends up on one of our clients’ site, the system will generate a page for that search, which is contained on the “Top Jobs Search” page.
The link on this page is maintained for 90 days, and then removed after 91 days.
There are also two filters that govern the display of the Top Jobs Page, the “Filter Out” and “Filter Back” settings. CS can add keywords to the ‘Phrase Filter Out,’ and these terms will be excluded real-time (should be immediate) from client’s Top Job Search links. The ‘Phrase Filter Out’ will do an exact match.
Filter Out allows a client to exclude certain words or phrases from the searches that appear on this page. Filter Back pushes designated searches to the end of the list, rather than the beginning. Filter out and Filter back are configured in the Site Setting and contained in the ?'Sites' table of the same database that houses the search results. For example if a user searches "Minneapolis SuccessFactors Jobs" and ends up on the career site, the next day a page will appear in the Top Jobs Page with that title.
