Upon attempting to terminate an employee, you get an error message as Time agreement item deletion not possible; employee times exist
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Master Data Replication work center.
- Select the Employee List view.
- Select the option Failed/Not Started in the show field and type
- You see the error message as Time agreement item deletion not possible; employee times exist.
When you create a new replication request, for the employee XXX, no time data is maintained at and the flag Time Data Unchanged Indicator is false. So the system assumes that you want to delete ALL time related data of the Employee, and not only delimit it to the termination date.
You can either set the Time Data Unchanged Indicator to true (in this case only a delimitation of the time data will take place) or maintain the time data in the replication request accordingly.
