2144775 - Restore a deleted Job Requisition

Symptom

As of b1402, you can delete a Job Requisition in any stage. This article will cover how to restore the deleted Job Requisition.

Resolution

How to enable Job requisition restoration:

To grant a user the permission to restore Job Requisitions:
                            a. Non-RBP: Manage Recruiting Administration->Restore Deleted Job Requisitions
                            b. RBP: Manage Permission Roles->Manage Recruiting->Restore Deleted Job Requisitions

How to restore job requisitions:

​​With this permission the granted user can go to Admin Center > Restore Deleted Job Requisitions to restore a Job Requisition:​

Additional information:

When performing a restoration it is possible to trigger an email if the Job Requisition is in an approved stage. Template is defined in admin tools > Recruiting Email Triggers > Approved Job Requisition restored

 In this case it is possible to send an email notifying the restoration of the Job Requisition:

 NB: Job Requisitions deleted prior to b1402 cannot be restored and are completely removed.
