Changes made to account Collaboration data are not displayed in the Changes history for the account.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Account Management work center.
- Select the Accounts view.
- Select All Accounts query under show.
- Choose button Go.
- Open any account.
- Choose option View All.
- Switch to Communication tab, again switch to Collaboration sub tab.
- Do some changes to document for example Customer Invoice/ Credit Memo, set Output Channel to E-Mail, and change E-Mail as email@example.com. (firstname.lastname@example.org represents the mail address)
- Click Save.
- Switch to Changes tab, search for changes made for today.
- Changes made to Collaboration data are not shown here.
This is not supported yet in the current releases.
It has been taken up as a new requirement and will be realized in a future release.
