Previously invoiced hours are unavailable under Not Invoiced Time and Expenses after cancellation of the previous invoice.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Project Management work center.
- Choose the Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view.
- Choose the Project XYZ for which the invoice is canceled.
- Choose the Edit Time and Expenses.
- Here you are unable to see the cancelled hours.
The Project Invoice Request is cancelled but the follow up document Customer Invoice is not yet cancelled it is still with Released status. Once the Customer Invoice is cancelled the previously invoiced hours will be available under Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view so that the hours can be invoiced once again.
System works as designed.
