2115603 - Informational Notice: Support Level Terminology Change - Platform Services and Tools


  • In Q3 of 2013, SuccessFactors has decided to rename its support levels. While this will not impact current customers, as your previous terms and resources are based on the contract you’ve signed, we’d like to inform you nonetheless to reduce general confusion. 

    Why should I care if this doesn't impact current customers?
    You may see items like our 'Contact Us' page with updated terms like 'Standard' instead of 'Premium' Support in the coming days and we want to be sure we are communicating the new naming conventions as clearly as possible.


    Please find a matrix of 'legacy' Support level terms and their corresponding names going forward.
