2107565 - Bill of Exchange Tab Is Missing in Account Determination for Subledger Cash

Both country Spain and function of Bill of Exchange are added to implementation scope, but Bill of Exchange tab is still missing in account determination of subledger Cash.

Both country Spain and function of Bill of Exchange are added to implementation scope. Such settings can be checked with following steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center and Implementation Projects view.
2. Select the implementation project and select Edit Project Scope, you can see the country Spain in already in scope.
3. Select Next till Step 4, Question.
4. Expand Cash Flow Management, then Payment and Liquidity Management, then select Payment Methods.
5. The flag of Bills of Exchange Payable, Cashing of Bills of Exchange Payable and Bills of Exchange Receivable is checked.

However, the account determination of Bill of Exchange is still missing.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center and Implementation Projects view.
2. Select the implementation project and select Open Activity List.
3. Find activity Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination and open it.
4. Select activity Cash in Account Determination, but tab Bill of Exchange is missing.

You need to enable accounting principle of Spain, and create a new chart of account of it. It will be working.

In the same activity of Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination, select Copy template chart of accounts.

1. Select CAES - CAES: Spain Chart of Accounts in the drop down list of Template Chart of Accounts.
2. Select Copy Chart of Accounts.
3. Then go back to Account Determination of Cash, select the Spain accounting principle, tab Bill of Exchange is there.
