2105117 - FAQ: How to change the default filter from ALL in drop down on user to-do list? - Learning

Symptom

  • On user side of the LMS, list of items is always defaulted to ALL. When the user logs into the system, it displays all learning items (With online content, registered, In progress)

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Resolution

Use the following configuration to change this functionality so that system will display only particular learning items assigned to user from user to-do list.

Go to System Admin>Configuration>System Configuration> LMS_ADMIN

# The system default user learning plan settings. User can override with their own preferences
# Defaults the Group By drop-down. Possible values: None, ItemType, AssignmentType,DueWithin, StatusTowardCompletion. Default: None
learningPlanSystemPreferences.groupPlanFilter=None
