2105069 - Using Registration Assistant to Register Users in a Scheduled Offering


Step-by-step process of using the Registration Assistant tool.


  • Success factors LMS - All supported versions 


1.  Navigate to Learning > Tools > Registration Assistant.

2. Select Register Users.

3.  Click Next.

4.  Enter the offering ID, or select the search icon to search for and select a scheduled offering.

5.  Click Next.

6.  Enter user ID.


7.  Click the add one or more from list link to search and select user(s) to add.

8.  Select Registration Status ID from drop-down menu.

9.  Click Add.

10. Click Next.

11. Enter any comments as necessary.

12. Click Next.

     Note: Skip to Step 14 if no financial data is necessary.

13. If applicable, select slot ID from the drop-down menu.


14. Enter an order ticket number.


15. Enter chargeback account.

16. Click Next.

17. Step 6: Record Registration of the Registration Assistant displays.

18. Review information.

19. Select applicable email confirmation options.

20. Click Finish. When done a confirmation status notification will display.
