eQuest is a job board aggregator, which is a company that helps clients manage their job postings to web-based job boards (i.e. monster, dice, career builder, etc.) Benefits of using eQuest include having one contact for multiple job boards, cost savings through stronger negotiating power and knowledgeable resources to ensure the job boards are geographically and functionally beneficial for the client's recruiting program.
eQuest is the ONLY job board aggregator that SuccessFactors has partnered with to date. Typically a SuccessFactors Sales rep would engage with eQuest. There is a separate contract between eQuest and the client. It often takes time for the client to get the contract approved, so a client should plan accordingly to allow time for contracts to be completed if they are interested in using eQuest in conjunction with the SuccessFactors Application.
Job Postings: You can now use multiple eQuest user accounts in SuccessFactors, so different groups of recruiters can easily access their appropriate postings without confusion. For more information about using this feature, contact SuccessFactors Customer Success. (RCM-4996)

How does eQuest postings work:
- Once you create your Job req and wish to post it to eQuest, please be aware that Start and End Date are both set in Equest and not in SuccessFactors.
- What happens when we do an update to an existing job post ?
- The start and end dates don't change. This is expected and correct. When you change the dates on SuccessFactors, these dates are not sent to eQuest. If you wish to change or extend the posts on the Job portal, you will need to change these posting dates in the eQuest portals.
