2103344 - How to create an Administrator in Learning Administration

Symptom

You would like to create a new Administrator in the LMS

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Cause

Create an additional Administrator in the LMS.

Resolution

  1. In the LMS Admin view, Select "System Admin"
  2. Under Application Admin, Select "Admin Management"
  3. To add a new Admin user, Click on "Add new"

  1. In the following window, fill in the relevant fields.
  2. Click on "Add"

The new Administrator account is now created.
