2095674 - You can Create Inbound Delivery on Purchase Order Item which has Delivery Completed or Manually Finished

Symptom

You have completed the delivery on a purchase order XYZ item XX. However the purchase order item still shows as open for creating goods receipt.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
  2. Choose Purchase Order view.
  3. Show All Purchase Orders by Selection and search XYZ ( XYZ  - Represent the purchase order ID).
  4. Select the purchase order XYZ and choose the option Post Goods Receipt.

Cause

The purchase order XYZ has been created with the flag 'Over-Delivery Allowed'. As a consequence, the Purchase order XYZ item XX remains open for creating goods receipt even-though delivery status is completed or manually finished.

  2. Choose Purchase Order view.
  3. Show All Purchase Orders and search for XYZ (XYZ  - Represent the purchase order ID).
  4. Edit the purchase order XYZ and choose View All.
  5. Navigate to Items page and select the line item XX.
