Resolution

Costs:

  1. This is a premium service and costs will vary based on each request.

Process:

  1. Log a ticket with the Product Support with a detailed description of what needs to be changed and what configuration changes have been made.  Please make sure to include the following:
  • Environment (instance name) where change has been made to and where SuccessFactors can access the configuration.
  • Confirmation that all configuration is complete
  • List of items that need to be changed/updated
  • Name of report
  • Detailed description of issue/changes
  • If adding new fields, describe location of fields within the Hosted Service and where they should be placed in the report.
  1. Once Support has all the details, they will create a ticket to engage the SuccessFactors Premium Reporting Team and start the process.
  2. The Premium Reporting Team will review the maintenance request and determine if the changes are covered under maintenance.  If it is covered under maintenance, a Premium Reporting Team lead will work with a developer to complete the requested changes.  If the changes are deemed an enhancement, the Premium Reporting Team Lead or sales representative will contact the customer with a price and timeline for the changes.
  3. The Premium Reporting Team lead will apply the new report to customer’s test environment and notify customer that the report is ready to test. After the customer approves in test, the Premium Reporting Lead will upload the report into the customer’s production instance.  After the customer tests and signs a production sign off document, the ticket will be closed out.
