2091035 - Scorecard and/or Pixel Perfect Talent card are not displaying the data as expected - Employee Profile

Symptom

  • What to do if the employee scorecard and/or pixel perfect talent card is not displaying the data as expected? 

Environment

  • Employee Profile

Resolution

1) Ensure the Process selected includes the forms and/or objective data you expect to see in the scorecard.

    •      For Ultra: The PROCESS is found under Filter/Date Options

    •      For V12 Profile:  The PROCESS is found as follows:

    •      Go to Admin Tools -> Search for Configure Employee Files

    •      Scroll to the bottom of the Design Employee Files Layout Page

    •      View or Set the Process used for Scorecard Rating Sources

    •      To Update the PROCESS for Ultra and V12:

    •      Go to Admin Tools -> Search for Processes and Forms

    •      Find the Process used for reporting data on the Scorecard

    •      Validate the selections and add or remove forms as needed.
 
 

 2) .Ensure that the Filter Date Options on the Employee Profile Scorecard are set correctly.

    •      For Ultra:

    •      Update the Current Period Begin and End Dates  to encompass the range of   dates for the forms

    •      NOTE:  Previous Period and End Dates are only used when Trending is enabled.

    •      For V12 Profile:

    •      Go to Admin Tools -> Search for Configure Employee Files

    •      Scroll to the bottom of the Design Employee Files Layout Page

    •      Set the Date Range to encompass the performance data of the forms defined in the process.
