Here are the password reset scenarios:
- Administrative user's password is more than 60 day old, but they've logged in within the last 90-days
- Administative user has forgotten their password
- Administrative user hasn't logged in within the last 90-days
- User received a reset password e-mail but did not act within 72 hours.
- User made 3 unsuccessful attempts to login within 24 hours.
In the event of the first scenario, an email will be delivered to the user for them to reset their password.
- The other scenarios require a manual intervention, and either another customer administrator must reset your password, or you must submit a case to the Support portal to have the Customer Success team reset your password.
