Note: While some of the click paths pay differ for clients using the lastest version of OneAdmin, the concepts explained below are still valid.
|Forms||Use the following table to refer to tasks you are likely to perform with forms. Those in the white boxes are commonly performed. Those in the gray boxes are less common. Those in yellow boxes are things you’d have to call SuccessFactors Support to do.|
|1. Make changes to the form template, various choices are available||Form Template administration/Form Templates||
Most of this was configured during implementation and shouldn’t be changed. It’s best to call your PS consultant or Support team before you make changes to the template.
|2. Change form routing||Form Template Administration/Routing Maps||You can change an existing route map, or you can create a whole new one.
New route maps must be attached to the form Template before they can be used (task 18)
|3. Mass Create forms||Form Template Administration/Mass Create Form Instances

|You can manually mass create forms for groups of users by dept, div, loc, or groups of individuals, or a single individual.
You can schedule the system to generate forms automatically.
|4. Modify Competencies||Managing Competencies/Competency Libraries||You can modify a competency name, description, writing assistant, and coaching advisor. You can create an all-new competency.|
|5. Assign competencies to a role such as clerical, technical, sales, and so on.||Managing Competencies/Families and Roles

|You can assign competencies to a role; you can assign a role to a user; but for the assigned competency set to appear on the form for the user in that role, it has to be configured to do so by a PS Consultant!|
|6. Change Hard-coded competencies||Not Available||This is coded into the form by the PS consultant. Support team can make minor changes; additional PS services may need to be purchased depending on the scope of the change request.|
|7. Modify the writing assistant/ Coaching Advisor
||Managing Competencies/Competency Libraries||This is probably an under-used feature of Performance Manager.
If you have a certain organizational development, performance improvement, vision and values initiative, you can use this feature to support that.
|8. Add to the Legal Scan Library||Managing Competencies/Legal Scan Library||The legal scan library is basic and you can add terms that don’t show up but you think they should, or add terms specific to your business, organization, or culture.|
|9. Cascade an objective to all users||Form Template Administration/Set Corporate Objective||Writing an objective here will make it available in everyone’s goal library. They must then link or copy that objective from the goal library to their own individual form.|
|10. Modify Spell Check||Not Available||Not configurable by Support or PS Consultants.|
|11. Change Fonts on the form or in the user’s comments sections||Not Available|
