RBP User to Role Report

Provides a report listing all roles a user has been granted and what target populations have been applied. The report includes:

• User Fields: Can include fields such as username, department, division, etc.
• Role Name: The name of the role/s that was granted to this user.
• Granted Population: Specify the name of granted population that matched this user.
• Target Population: Specify the target group/relationship.

RBP Permission to User Report

Provides a report detailing permissions and all users who have been granted these permissions. The report includes:

• Permission Name
• User fields: Can include fields such as username, department, division, etc.
• Role Name: The name of the role that granted the permission to the user.
• Granted Population: the granted group / users.
• Target Population: Name the target group / relationship.

RBP User to Group

Provides a report listing all users and the permission groups they are part of. The report can include the following:

• User fields: Can include fields such as username, department, division, etc.
• Group Name: The name of the group that this user belongs to.

RBP Permission Roles

Provides a report listing all Permission Roles, their Grant populations and Target Populations. The report includes the following details:

• Role Name or Permission Role
