  • Unable to receive email notification when badge is added.

Resolution

             1) Badge Recipient Notification: This email notification gets sent to the recipient of the badge.

             2) Badge Recipient's Manager Notification: This email notification gets sent to the manager of the recipient of this badge.
 

  • If you are not able to find Badge notifications under E-Mail Notification Templates Settings, please create a CS ticket to request for changes in the data model for badge email notifications.
