- You may have selected the wrong Environment or mistyped your company ID.
- In many points within your instance you can get the instance ID from the URL in your browser's address bar. Here is an example from my test instance: https://salesdemo4.successfactors.com/sf/goals?bplte_company=ACE527 . This was taken from an instance that has Ultra enabled, while I was in the MyGoals (Objectives) tab. Look for where it says "company=" . Note that your company ID has to have the exact capitalization and spelling.
