Symptom

  • My account has been disabled, how do I get back into the system?

Environment

  • BizX Platform

Resolution

  • When you attempt to login to a disabled account, you will be provided a link to reactivate your account.

  • You will receive an email to reactivate the account.

  •  If you do not see a link to reactivate your account, you will need to contact one of your CubeTree Administrators to re-enable your account.
