- If your company requires a 4 digit pin code to access your BizX app, you have 4 tries* to get the correct code. If you enter an incorrect code 4 times, the app will lock.
- To get back in, log into your MySF account.
- Go to Options > Mobile and select Actions next to the device you're locked out of.
From here you can enter a new 4 digit pin, which you can use to regain access to your BizX Mobile app.
- *Number of failed attempts before the mobile application becomes locked is determined by administrator - the default is 4.
