2088206 - Cannot activate my mobile device - Mobile

Symptom

  • My User_Name changed and now I cannot activate my mobile device. What should I do?

Resolution

  • Customer Support needs to file an engineering ticket to update the information for the Mobile database.
     
    Please ask your SuccessFactors Administrator to file a support ticket providing your old and new User_Name. Customer Support will then file an engineering JIRA requesting the change to the Mobile Database.
