  • We recently launched some forms but not all forms are showing in the to-do list
  • When will forms show in the to-do list?

  • It should be very rare that this scenario would ever occur. If by chance user data was not in an expected state it is possible that an item may not show in the to-do list because the system was unable to associate the item/form with the correct username because of incorrect userdata in your import file.
  • While the item is not on the to-do list, remind users that they can still access the form from the performance tab > performance inbox. If the form is not even in the inbox, then there should not be an item in the to-do list.
  • The issue will resolve itself naturally. When your users move the form to the next step, then this will update the audit trail and add the form to the to do list at that time. Therefore the to do list will start to populate itself with all in progress forms by itself over time as your users move their forms. It only requires they open and move form from the inbox just once.



While we do not promote this as a solution some clients have found it helpful to know that by mass updating your forms via the new V12 admin tools, that you can effect a mass update and populate the to do list by effecting a form move in bulk. Disable all email notifications before doing this. Route forms forward and back to create a to do list entry. This may not be practical for some clients, and we recommend only admins that are familiar with this process and understand the impacts such a move can have, attempt this type of workaround. Please first test with 1 form and confirm that it produces the results you need before attempting on a group of forms.
