- Who will receive document attachment limit email notification?
All the users that have access to the Document Attachment admin screen will receive email notifications.
- How often email will be sent?
The attachment limit violation email will be generated and delivered according to the configured period for the company.
1)1d=once a day
2)3d=once every three days
3)7d=once every seven days
4) Never=default is never
- Why users are not receiving email notifications every day when attachment limit notification monitor period is set to 1d?
The email is only generated when the used space exceeds 75%, 90%, and 95% of the company limit. The purpose of the email is to alert customer that it is time to delete documents or communicate with SF to pay to increase the company storage limit.
NOTE: The time (1/3/5/7 days) only means how often the Attachment limit job will be run to check and notify if the used space exceeds the threshold. Once it passes the threshold (75%/90%/95%), email will be generated every 1/3/5/7 days based on your company setting.
