2088078 - How are the active members of Auto Groups determined?


  • In Auto Groups, when adding different options such as department/division under the Membership tab, does the final count of all members come from all included departments/divisions?  
  • How is the final number of active members computed?

  •  This is an AND operation. So in other words, you're adding members who meet this condition and members who meet this other condition, and in the end you can even manually add individual users who don't meet any of the conditions you have set.
  • Adding multiple conditions means *each* condition must be met, rather than *any* of the conditions (e.g. user must both be in the Department AND in the Division to be a member).
