Environment

Resolution
It is possible to change the E-mail Template to each language enabled in the Manage Languages through the E-mail Notification Template Settings.
To do this, it is necessary to make changes in the email template to each language locale by following these steps:
- Through doing changes in the Email Body:
- Navigate to "E-mail Notification Template Settings" either from Admin Center or using Action Search Box
- Choose the template, e.g Workflow Action Pending Notification
- Select the language from the dropdown list and click on "Switch To"
- Make the desired modification
- Save changes
OR
- Through doing changes in the Template file:
- Navigate to "Email Notification Template Settings"
- Select a template and download the template file
- Switch to the Locale you want to Update for that template > select 'Switch To'
- Select the Character Encoding
- After page loads > Select Download (this will be a '.txt' file)
- Update the default portion of the template with the correct locale
- Save the file (it should still only be a '.txt' file)
- Click Browse > select the file with the update
- Click on "Upload Template File"
When done with each specific language, repeat the steps for any additional language packs being used.
Additional Information
- E-mails are generated based on the locale that the user is placed
- The language is related to the locale of the user
- If the language of locale is not enabled in Manage Language, the system will send English language templates by default
