- Select 'Send System Message Email Notification' in the 'Manager Users' section.
- Modify the email text for 'Email Subject' and 'Body Text'.
NOTE: You may remove the merge fields (field names surrounded by '[[ ]]'). Only those merge fields listed by default are available for use in the System Message Email Notification.
- Choose all users, groups of users or individuals you want to send the Email notification to by making appropriate choices from the 'Select:' and 'Filtered by:' drop down lists.
- Click 'Send System Message' to send.
