Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import users into BizX.
  2. Receive e-mail notification about successful completion of import.
  3. Users were not created/updated.

Incorrect date format: MM/DD/YYYY format is required for all date fields.

If this import file is generated through an SAP or any HRIS system you would also need to make sure you pass the 0's in the file, and that dates are in the format required by SuccessFactors.
