To modify your company's process map follow these steps:
Login as admin and navigate to admin tools > System Properties > Company Process
(Note: if you do not see the section "System Properties" in admin tools you will need to grant needed permissions, or login as a user that has permissions)
From the Company Process screen click on either the name of the appropriate process listed or it's associated edit icon. This will open the Edit Company Process Map screen.
From Edit Company Process Map edit your current cycles as required.
Click SAVE COMPANY PROCESS button.
Available options are to:
- add a new phase to an existing cycle
- delete a phase with the red X icon
- edit existing phase text
- move a phase forward of backward in the process using the arrows
- add a process to a phase
- remove a process from a phase
- reorder a process within a phase
- add a new cycle or delete existing cycle
Tip: From admin tools > Company Process >
You also have the ability to make a copy of your current company process. Making a copy and modifying the copy enables you to role back to your previous process if needed. Additionally a brand new process can be created. This enables you to switch between the process maps as needed in time.
