2087439 - Employee Export | How to export all your user's information

• I wish to export the User Data File (UDF);
• I'd like to export all my user's information at once;
• How can I download all my user's information?;
• Where can I access all the user information in the instance?

Please note that if your UDF have more than 4.000 users, the system won't export the file instantly. Instead, it will generate a job to perform the export as a batch process.

Then, an Refresh button will be available at the same screen while the file is created in the background. Wait a minute and hit the refresh button.

Once the file is ready to be exported, an export button will appear so you'll be able to download the file.

On the other hand, if the total users < 4000, then when you click "Export User File" Button, it will immediately generate the UDF without waiting. But if you want to slow it down and feel the "export file creation process", you can tick this option "Export as a batch process" when you export UDF.

Note:

• If the button is non-functional, there may be another export job initiated in the past. Unless this job completes, the export button remains non-functional.
• Terminate that job so that the Export User File button becomes functional again.
