- Batch E-mail notifications are controlled at a template level and are only supported in a limited number of E-mail templates. To turn on Batch Email for a specific template, navigate to Admin > System Properties > E-mail Notification Template Settings.
- Inside the templates that support Batch E-Mail notifications, you will see a check box “Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email”. Turning this on will trigger Batch E-mail for this template notification.
The Batch E-mail notification feature is used to consolidate multiple e-mails into one appended e-mail. Not all E-mail notifications have a use for batch e-mailing, so the feature is implemented at the template level.
