Form can be configured to allow users (by role) to send forms back to the previous steps starting with b1210 release. This will require changes to permission settings in the form template. Please contact Customer Success to have your form template updated.
We recommend this option to our clients as it greatly enhances workflow options.
- Click Admin Tools
- Go to Form Template Administration section.
- Click Form Templates
- Click the template name you want to enable
- Find and check the box Enable form routing to previous step. New admin tools this can be found in Manage Template > Settings > Advanced Settings
