- The SuccessFactors application enables users to "Send Copy" of completed documents directly from the form when that button is enabled. In addition to this functionality, it is possible to select ROLES directly to any route map, so that all users that belong to that role are automatically CC'd and receive a copy of the form when it is sent to completion.
SuccessFactors Performance Management
- Go to > Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Route Maps
- Select Route Map then select the Completion step
- In the "Carbon Copy These User Roles Upon Document Completion", select the role you want Completed form sent to
- You can add more roles, just click Add a role
- Click Save
All future documents using this route map will send a completed copy to the selected roles.
You can use this feature if you want roles who do not need to be part of the route map but would need to have copy of completed forms directly sent to their inbox.
Note: You cannot enter the email address of specific recipients, only roles, so if multiple people belong to a role, they will all receive the copy. If you do not want to have the form automatically delivered to all those that may be in a role, then do not use this feature, rather use the "Send Copy" button which allows you to specify individual recipients.
