2086700 - How to enable when using Employee Central - Employee Change Engine


  • How to enable Change Engine Configuration for PM module when Employee Central is enabled. We would like Performance Management (PM) forms to stay with the manager that is assigned to the form when it is created, so if at some point during the PM process the manager changes, the form will stay with the old manager
  • How do you enable Change Engine Configuration when Employee Central is enabled?

  • To configure the Change Engine Configuration so that the PM form stays with the old manager, please ensure the following configuration is set -:


  • Navigate to Admin Tools > Change Engine Configuration and set the following options (note that “Send copy of old form to new manager on completion” is optional), click “I Have Finished” when done -:
  • Then navigate to Admin Tools > Automatic Manager Transfer and remove all automatic transfer options as shown below and click Save-:


  • Then you need to remove the transfer options from the form template(s) in question via Admin Tools > Form Templates > select the template in question, and then set the Automatic Transfer option to “Do No Transfer Documents” and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save -:


  • The next step is to raise a case with Customer Success to get the Daily HRIS Sync job updated, so that the Automatic Transfer options are also disabled in this job, otherwise the above configuration will be ignored –:
