The 360 email notification to external participants is showing entire URL rather than the “Accept” or “Decline” button

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi Rater

1. Ask feedback to an External User from your 360 review participants list
2. Check the 360 email notification received from an external user
3. Notice that there's no Accept or Decline button but a full URL hyperlink there 

1. Go to Admin Tools > Company System and Logo Settings
2. Click on "Enable HTML email notifications"
3. Click on the Save Company System Setting button
