  • Answer: Frequency represents the % of people who have the competency (with an associated rating and who have had the form routed) in at least one of their forms over the period, ie the denominator = # of people.
  • Example: In there are 5 people total, and 3 have the competency at least once (with a rating) across all of their forms during the time period, Frequency =3/5.
  • Example: In there are 5 people total, and 3 have the competency, but one WITHOUT a rating, frequency =2/5.
