From a Succession Nomination form, if you click on Performance vs. Potential you will see a 9-box. If you have too many people you may see a message/link similar to “36 users”. When clicked it pulls up a copy of nomination form instead of going to the list of 36 people, thus, you cannot see the list of people.
The value set in admin tools > Matrix Grid Report section > Displayed User Limit Per Cell has been exceeded. For Performance Reasons the absolute limit is 999

  1. Click on "Admin Tools" when logged into an instance as an admin
  2. Click on "Performance-Potential" (or "How vs. What") from the Matrix Grid Report section
  3. Change the "Displayed User Limit Per Cell" value to the requested value
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Note: You can increase the number of people in each box to show the entire list. This change will apply to the Performance vs. Potential (or How vs. What if you need to change that limit) 9-box everywhere in the application.
