2085410 - Nominations - Succession Nomination Forms after Upgrade to V12 - Succession


  • If we upgrade to V12, will we see our old succession nomination forms?

  • Succession Management


  • The client has just upgraded to V12, and before the upgrade could see completed Nomination (succession) Forms in each user's completed folder.  However, in V12, they cannot see these forms in completed folders.  They do appear in a Detailed Document Search.
  • The reason they don't see the actual succession forms is that they were set up with formless nomination (in Provisioning with "Use instant ("formless") nomination wizards" turned on). Unlike V10 that put all forms in one inbox, V12 breaks forms out to different in-boxes for each module, which will mean the old  formless nominations will not appear in the new compensation in-box.
  • If the client wants to see old Nomination forms, they can run the Detailed Document Search to pull up this information.
