You are not able to Save the details in the Letter Text or Signature Text section using Easy Form Editor.
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Application and User Management Work Center.
- Select the Form Template Maintenance Sub View.
- Find the Form Template Name for example Sales Order Confirmation.
- Select the form and Edit using Easy Form Editor.
- Select the Signature Text section.
- Try to add signature, responsible, company name etc.
- Click on Save button and close the form template.
- Again open the same form template and check the signature text block and you could see that the signature details that you have entered is not saved and reverted to the previous stage.
Customer has edited the particular section that is signature text block using Adobe Life Cycle Designer.
Since the particular section is customized using Adobe Life Cycle Designer it is not possible to edit further using Easy Form Editor.
Customer has to maintain the further details in this particular section using Adobe Life Cycle Designer itself.
