You cloned a template and the Bonus sheet is not showing overall performance ratings, whole section was wiped out. This article explains what happens when client is using the Bonus Tab/MBO and why the Overall Performance Rating and why Adjustment is not getting calculated and sections are wiped out. Here’s an example of what this would look like:
During the compensation cycle you will clone the template from last year and modify the rating sources. However if you’re a new compensation administrator you may not be aware that you have the Bonus sheet. The bonus sheet may consist of Individual (personal) goals, company goals, or group goals.
- When you clone your template you need to be aware that if you’re using the Bonus Tab that you will need to edit the rating sources and change it to the appropriate rating source. Do not delete this because it’ll wipe out any custom code you may have for the source.
- The only way to bring it back is to open a change request to add code back on, or you can clone the last good template and edit the rating sources and correct rating source.
