Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard

The Onboarding Dashboard is the Home page of the Onboarding 1.0. It contains all of the settings and process tabs used by both end users (i.e. Hiring Manager or Recruiter) and the system administrator. What tabs are available per user are determined by Security settings.

Onboarding Fiori Dashboard

The new Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard user interface is based on the SAP UI5 framework and aims to provide a simplified user experience. The purpose of the UI redesign is to help you manage your Onboarding dashboard much more efficiently. This new look and feel is focused on making the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 more appealing to SAP SuccessFactors customers. This brings the work queue experience more in line with the other SAP SuccessFactors modules. It also takes advantage of performance improvements to improve load time.

Onboarding Dashboard Sub-menu

The sub-menu shows different options to utilize New Hires Onboarding efficiently.

Sub-menu Name Description
Home Contains the Work Queue Summary of all ongoing Onboarding processes.
Reports Standard and advanced reporting.
Document Center Storage system for all signed forms collected during the Onboarding process. 
Process Allows user to manually create an Onboarding process.
Notifications Onboarding notifications organized by groups and assigned to various steps in the process or other workflows.
Security Where Onboarding specific permissions are set depending on a user’s role in the system. 
Reference Files Contains Onboarding only data & provisioning lists (picklists) as well as form configurations and the Corporate Structure. 
Admin Reports Onboarding only reports on metrics, activities, and users by Security groups.  
Settings Contains a list of sub-tabs to further configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM Onboarding (i.e. Passwords, PDF Forms, Data Dictionary, and Panels). 

Onboarding Work Queue Summary

The Work Queue is a comprehensive list of tasks that have been assigned to users of the system for the processing of Onboarding 1.0. The Work Queue displays a summary of the activities that are required to be completed by the users.

Onboarding Process Summary

The Process Summary contains all activities in the selected process within the Onboarding 1.0. When you click the hyperlinked number, the Work Queue is filtered to show only activities associated with that process.
