Candidate Data Model (CDM):
- The xml required to define the application space to be captured when a candidate applies for an open position. Some of the standard system fields that are used in the CDM are linked to standard CPT fields. Updating these fields in the CDM will automatically update the same fields in the CPT.
Candidate Profile Template (CPT):
- The xml required to define the data to be captured in the Candidate Profile. Specific elements in the CPT may be linked to data elements in the Employee Live Profile template to facilitate consistent information for employees. Updating these
fields in the CPT will automatically update the linked fields in the Employee Data Model for internal candidates. External candidates who do not have an Employee Live Profile will have to enter this information manually.
